How am I wrapping my Christmas gifts this year

For the past few years I have been enjoying experimenting with my Christmas wrapping and this year is no exception. I opted for white deli bags and used ribbons, tissue paper and homemade tags as embellishments.

I’d spent a week searching for the most suitable sizes and quantities of bags, I found that most of these bags came in very large quantities and I was only after 20-30. I found a supplier on eBay who sold the bags in the smaller amounts that I needed.  I purchased 2 different sizes – Accessory – 7″ x 3″ x 10″ and Small – 9″ x 4″ x 13″.

I re-covered some old boxes I had in plain parcel paper and tied ribbons around them to add that simple, yet pretty flourish.

I dug out an old star stamp from my crafts box which I used to stamp out stars down the sides of the bags. Overall I love how they’ve turned out and I the recipients who have received their bags already have commented on how good the bags look and most of the have said they’re going to try it next year.
