My Emetophobia and my CBT Experience (Cognitive behavioural therapy)

This is a requested video on why I needed CBT and my experience with it. I also talk about the root of my phobia and how it manifested itself in me. I do mention this at the beginning of the video but if you’re suffering from anxiety this may not be the ideal video for you to watch if you’re feeling in a sensitive place. I found that sometimes watching others talk about their anxiety actually heightened mine and made it worse.
